From the Sellers...

We have lived on this street for several years and living in an industrial neighborhood is perfect for us. We run a small business out of a building we were able to build on our property because of the industrial zoning and we love it here. It is increadibly convenient to Downtown and freeways. It feels like the best of both worlds.

There is much less aircraft noise in this section of Georgetown and in the evenings and weekends it turns into our own little neighborhood. The neighbors all have interesting reasons for living here. They are artists and small business owners and mechanics and craftspeople. Everyone sort of looks out for each other, but doesn't crowd each other either. We know our neighbors, but feel a sense of privacy as well.
