Financing and Industrial Zoning
This property has Industrial Zoning and a separate office or studio space with plumbing and electricity. This makes it a great choice for someone who has a business that they run from home or would like to have some rental income. It also poses some unique challenges in the financing arena. Many lenders will think they won't have trouble and then, usually at the last minute, will find that it is more difficult to get through underwriting than they thought.
